Spring Awakening is a coming-of-age rock musical with music by Duncan Sheik and a book and lyrics by Steven Sater. It is based on the 1891 German play Spring Awakening by Frank Wedekind. Set in late 19th-century Germany, the musical tells the story of teenagers discovering the inner and outer tumult of adolescent sexuality. In the musical, alternative rock is employed as part of the folk-infused rock score. Spring Awakening is NOT appropriate for children.

PERFORMANCE INFORMATION
Spring Awakening performance dates are 06/23, 06/24, and 06/25 at 8:00PM at the Philipsburg Elks Country Club. Tickets will be limited to 150 per performance. Tickets will be priced at $15.00 per ticket. There will be a cash bar available. This is a reminder that Spring Awakening is NOT appropriate for children due to adult themes, content, and language!
